1.Lenovo is seeking an experienced Project Manager supporting our Enterprise Business Unit. This position is located in Beijing or Taipei and is a key contributor in Owning and Leading a Product Project Team to lead a cross functional Product Team (Offering Delivery Team, including Marketing/Development/Manufacturing/Procurement/Finance/Service/Quality) to introduce new Enterprise Products.
2.This position is responsible for organizing and leading a cross functional team in developing project Plans and Deliverables with an emphasis on cost, schedule, quality and constancy to bring products to market. As the Project Manager, you will be expected to drive complex products through the defining, developing, qualifying and launch phases.
3.This position will drive new product offerings through the New Product Introduction / Development process; which will include executive management reviews and approvals at each checkpoint. This position will also communicate project plans and status updates to Executives and downstream teams and establish, track, and report team metrics.
4.The Project Manager has responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, and quality for their programs and is expected to manage scope, cost, and schedule throughout the program lifecycle.
5.Help the business unit leader to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards;
6.Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
